1. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. You must be thirteen (13) years of age or older in order to enter. The idea in the submitted entry must be owned by entrant or entrant's immediate family member and must not be used for commercial purposes. Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Neat-Oh! International, LLC ("Sponsor"), participating vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, sales representatives, retailers or other resellers of ZipBin™ and/or Neat-Oh!™ products, and anyone working directly on this Contest, product and promotion, and the immediate family members or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. There are no limits to the number of entries per household. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the holder of the email account associated with the entry.

2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION. The object of this Contest is to describe how you and/or your family are using any of the patent pending Neat-Oh!™ brand or ZipBin™ brand products, to describe this use and tell us why you consider it to be a good example of how your life was “Zip-lified™.” Additionally, new or innovative uses and applications of such products will be considered. The only way to enter the contest is via the zipbin.com (or neat-oh.com) website, where a specific portion of the site has been identified for participating in this contest.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR INNOVATIVE USE IDEA SUBMISSION

In order to accept your idea submission, we need you to agree to our terms and conditions for doing so:

• Your innovative use idea submission is being provided to us voluntarily and on a non- confidential basis. NEAT-OH!™ is free to use the information provided, without compensation to the entrant and to disclose it to others.
• No obligation, legal or otherwise, on the part of NEAT-OH!™ to the entrant is created.
• NEAT-OH!™ reserves the right to use and implement your idea or similar ideas in the future, without restriction on its use and without obligation to compensate you.
• The ideas you are submitting are your own, you own the ideas exclusively and the information provided to NEAT-OH!™ is true and correct.
• By submitting your ideas to NEAT-OH!™, you are automatically giving up all copyright and other intellectual property rights you may have with respect to your submission.
• Any materials you submit will not be returned and will be retained by NEAT- OH!™.
• NEAT-OH!™ is under no obligation to use your idea.
• NEAT-OH!™ is under no obligation to compensate you for submission of your ideas, except as may be expressly provided elsewhere on this website.
• Submitting an idea to us does not guarantee that you will win free products.
• The ideas must be in keeping with the Sponsor's image and may not be offensive, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or property rights or any other third party rights.
• You represent that publication of your idea does not violate any legal obligations that you have or the legal rights of any third party.
• Once submitted by you, all submissions may be posted on a publicly accessible Web site, or displayed in print and broadcast media either during or following the contest. Sponsor and Administrators disclaim any and all liability for any infringement of any 3rd parties' rights in any submission caused by you.
• This Contest is void where prohibited. This contest is governed by Illinois law, and you agree to accept jurisdiction and venue in the Courts of the State of Illinois in any dispute regarding the Contest.
• Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Administrator to use that winner's name, likeness, picture and Entry for advertising and promotion purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known without additional compensation unless and where prohibited by law.
• By entering this Contest you agree to and hereby release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Judges, participating vendors, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone working directly on this Contest, product and promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your participation in this Contest or use, misuse or nonuse of any prize.
• We reserve the right to cancel this contest at a time of our choice.

4. HOW TO ENTER. No purchase necessary. Your entry must be on-line using the correct pages of the ZipBin™ website. It consists of your personal entry information: your name, age, gender, address, and e-mail address, and your idea submission in which you describe your use of a Neat-Oh!™ product or ZipBin™ product and how it has Zip-Lified™ your life. Your Entry may be sent at any time that the Contest is running. All entries become the property of Sponsor and Administrator and will not be returned. Lost, ineligible, unintelligible, incomplete, misdirected entries will be disqualified. All personal information collected by Sponsor will be used and maintained in accordance with Sponsor’s website privacy policy, a copy of which can be found at www.zipbin.com.

5. JUDGING: One or more qualified judges, selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, will choose one prize winner around the 25th of every month the contest is running from all eligible entries received up until 11:59 PM CST on the 20th day of the same month, based upon the following criteria: (1) creativity and appropriateness of suggested use - 75%, (2) clarity of explanation of how the use Zip-Lified™ your life - 25%. In the event of a tie score, the entry with the higher score in level of Creativity and Appropriateness will be deemed the winner. The decisions of the judges are final. All entries received after the deadline will be considered for the next month’s contest.

6. WINNERS' NOTIFICATION. All winners will be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail at the discretion of Sponsor. Winners will be required to provide Sponsor with an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and, unless prohibited, a Publicity release within ten (10) days of issuance. If any winner does not reply to such notification, the notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner chooses not to accept prize, and/or such documents are not returned (completed and signed) within ten (10) days of issuance, such winner will be disqualified and a runner-up will be selected. Prizes will be awarded within approximately ninety (90) days of verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules.

7. USE OF ENTRIES. By submitting an Entry, you agree Sponsor shall own the Entry submitted (including all rights embodied therein) and that Sponsor and its designees may exploit all elements of such Entry in any and all media now known or not currently known, without compensation to you or any third party. Sponsor reserves all rights, including the right to edit, publish, use, adapt, exploit, modify or dispose of any Entry, online, in print, film, television, or in any other media for advertising and promotional or other purposes without compensation or notification to you of any kind, except as prohibited by law. Sponsor and Administrator are not obligated to use your Entry, even if it has been selected as a winning entry.

8. PRIZES. One prize will be awarded each month, consisting of the prize winner’s selection of their choice of a ZipBin ™ brand product, which will also be shipped to a destination of the winner’s choice (50 United States only) at no fee to the winner. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. All federal, provincial, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. Released Parties are not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or illegible Entries, nor for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Entries. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or Administrator, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify these Official Rules or suspend the Contest, and judge all eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of such action.

10. OTHER. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ADMINSTRATORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor and Administrator may disqualify any entrants from the Contest who deliberately damage, tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest.
