Neat-Oh!® Brand wins Multiple Product Excellence Awards

Check out the winning ideas from our Zip-lified Life Stories contest!

Winner's name:
Rachel Rezny, Oak Park, IL

Winning idea:
I think a good use of the ZipBin® idea would be a smaller version in a lunch box size. It could be decorated on the outside with whatever is popular then, like Space Guys, etc. so my son would like it. I'd pack the lunch at home and when it gets opened flat at school, it becomes a clean placemat for him to eat on. And when it comes home, flat in his backpack, I can completely wash it without any icky stuff being left in the corners.

This idea is a good one because it's in an entirely different category than the Dino ZipBin® that we have at home.

Winner's name:
Sierra Daniel, Crystal River, FL

Winning idea:
I have a two year old son, who just loves to play with dinosaurs. He was always taking my blankets down to play on them like grass (they are green blankets). So I was walking through Sears and I saw the Dino one. I just knew he would love it. For the last week and a half that’s all he wants to play with. He loves it ...even the zippers.

Winner's name:
Jennifer Ledden, Denver, CO

Winning idea:
My six year old daughter is a budding artist, who loves to work on a project anytime, anywhere. For the holidays we purchased her a large assortment of art supplies. I had been looking for some type of storage container that would hold paper, paints, crayons, clay and more. I wanted something portable that could travel with her around the house and, occasionally, on the go. (Every parent I know has had to ask their child to “grab something to do” on their way out the door to a meeting or event, when childcare has fallen through.) The ZipBin® is perfect! Not only does it contain all of her supplies, but it gives her a large flat and washable surface on which she can color, paint, glue and create to her heart’s content. Clean up will be quick and simple … very important with kids and parents.

Winning idea:
We love our new ZipBin™. We bought the Road & Rail bin for my four year old son’s birthday. He loves cars and trains, but doesn’t always like to pick them up soon after! This way he just zips and goes. The zipper is so easy for him. It’s perfect for taking on short trips and long trips from Virginia to Texas. We bring it in the hotels and it keeps him occupied and he doesn’t become so restless. When we get to grandma’s and Grandpa’s, he asks them all the time to come and play with him on the floor with his traveling trains. Thank you sooo much for such an innovative and wonderful idea! It has saved my sanity many times. Zip and go!

Winner's name:
Jessie Nehlsen, Pineville, NC

Winning idea:
I was at a loss to know - how does a 78 year old grandma entertain an active 2-year old, who comes to spend the day with her? My problem was my grandson had to leave his most favorite train table at home. How could I ever come near duplicating his favorite toy? And then, to my delight, while browsing the toy department at Sears, my eyes fell upon the Road & Rail ZipBin®. It didn’t take many minutes to decide to purchase this compact toy that I could store easily in my small apartment and that would offer him the place he could use for hours of fun, fueled by his wonderful imagination. Now I can say, come with your little trains and cars; you can have lots of fun at grandma’s house. Thank you for this wonderful invention!
