AND ANNOUNCES LICENSING DEAL

Northfield, IL (January 30, 2007) Neat-Oh! International, LLC, creators of the ZipBin® line of themed
storage bins that convert back and forth to a playscape®, has announced the addition of the ZipBin®
Softie® to their popular product offerings. These soft-sided bins are not only decorated to look
like their themes, but are also shaped to resemble them as well. New Softie® themes include Train
Depot and Country Stable, shown below.

“These new items join other ZipBin® products, all of which feature attractively designed and
beautifully executed themes to enhance play value and identify their contents,” said Wayne Rothschild,
founder and president of Neat-Oh! International, LLC. There are now a total of 23 themes and 42
SKUs in the ZipBin® and Softie® product lines, including the new Tiki Beach and Small Town, plus
favorites: Dinosaur, Mansion, Medieval Castle, Unicorn, Road & Rail and others.
ZipBin® products come in four sizes (large, medium, small and Mini) and are available with and
without toys/ accessories. All ZipBin® products are transportable, stackable, fold completely flat
when not in use, and feature wipe-clean surfaces. They are fun for kids and appreciated by parents
because they simplify clean-up.
Spin Master Limited Granted Global License
Neat-Oh!® also announced it has granted Spin Master, Ltd., a top-10 North American Toy company, a
global license to use its patent pending ZipBin® design/functionality for toy bins with character
licenses derived from movies, home video movies, and television.
